Head of SecOps

Fluidra is currently seeking an exceptional Senior IAM Engineer who will be part of Fluidra's Cybersecurity organization and work with internal and external teams to continuously improve the corporate Security posture and Cyber Defense practices. The Senior IAM Engineer will play a key role in protecting the company's assets, employees, and customers from cyber threats.

**What You Will Contribute**
- Manage the Fluidra SecOps team and continuously improve the offensive and defensive practices in the organization.
- Assist the different teams with vulnerability management and risk mitigation on cloud, on-prem, mobile, and hardware devices.
- Organize and manage Security Assessments / Penetration tests on products and services with the help of external partners.
- Manage the relationship with Defensive Security partners and vendors.
- Build and scale the company Bug Bounty program and remediation process.
- Proactively research technologies and controls to improve the Security posture.
- Partner with Digital, IoT, and Product engineering leaders to promote best practices across Fluidra networks, Websites, Mobile Applications, and Pool Connected Products.
- Assist teams with product and device security from the design phase to market deployment.
- Effectively communicate security issues to different stakeholders across the board, including Executive Management.

**What we seek**
- At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in both battlefields, red and blue.
- Vast knowledge of web, mobile and cloud security issues and best practices.
- Familiarity with common reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in SOC/SIEM/SOAR environments.
- Knowledge of existing Security standards and frameworks: OWASP, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK.
- Vulnerability Management, SIEM, Penetration Testing experience.
- Be able to work in a global environment leading projects with distributed teams and different stakeholders.
- Strong self-learning, organization, planning and leadership skills.
- Deep passion for computer security and its challenges.
- Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with other geographical teams.
- CISA, CISSP, OSCP, GCH, or other security certifications are a plus.
