**Mission of the position**:
Defines the MeliáRewards brand strategy through the design of its annual marketing plan in coordination with the Global Director. Plays a key role in shaping how MHI connects with our most frequent and valued customers through our MeliáRewards and Meliá PRO programme by increasing customer lifetime value. It develops a set of strategies that make current customers repeat visits to our hotels and above all it has a fundamental mission to develop lasting connections with our brands and hotels, developing the long-term strategy for the loyalty programme from the perspective of the end consumer and the B2B customer (MeliáRewards & MeliáPro) with the fundamental impact on the sale, safeguarding the coherence between brand positioning and the hotel experience.

**What are we looking for?**
- University degree in Marketing, advertising or business administration.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and planning tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as influencing skills.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish and build business relationships.
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations in areas of marketing, digital marketing, social media or commercial.
- Languages: English (very high) and Spanish.
- Commitment to live in Madrid or Palma.
- Positively valued: Experience working with other brands, either as a Brand manager or in an advertising agency. Work on projects from start to finish (from the development of the strategy, to the creation of the idea and the launch).
