Tus principales funciones serán:
Atender las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes y tratar de solucionarlos con la mayor diligencia.

Distribuir la información de los servicios disponibles en el hotel.

Asesoramiento de venta de diversos servicios adicionales: alquiler Barcos, transfer, coches de lujo, Windsurf

Asegurarse de que todos los clientes tengas toallas limpias y secas en todo momento.

Ofrecer a los clientes de la piscina crema solar y demás servicios de piscina.

Asegurar, dentro de nuestras posibilidades, la máxima satisfacción del cliente durante su estancia.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Experiência en la posición ofertada, preferiblemente en hoteles con estándares LHW.

Nível alto de inglés.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
