Resident Advisor is the world’s foremost platform for discovering electronic music, artists and events. Described by the NY Times as “the most influential electronic music site in the world”, every month RA reaches more than 5m people across its web, mobile and app properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior level position to have an immediate impact by supporting our European team of Partnership Managers and external partners. This person will be responsible for supporting our existing partners in the EU across the music industry; promoters, venue owners, festivals, labels, tech brands and agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our partnership managers by providing day-to-day service to our partners across the EU.
- Provide support across our whole product offering: event services, ticketing, media, technology, content etc.
- Maintain relationships with our EU partners across the electronic music industry.
- Showcase and share knowledge about the full scope of new/existing RA products
- Managing key partner on-sales, announcements and delivery of events.
- Assisting with elements of the sales process (e.g. preparing presentations, data reports, joining client meetings).
- Answering and advising general support queries from partners.

**We’re looking for**:

- Ability to speak fluent Spanish is essential (ideally C2 level). German is a bonus, but not essential.
- 2 years of experience in a client facing role.
- Someone with attention to detail who is able to quickly grasp the technical aspects of our service and platform.
- A passion and understanding of electronic music culture is fundamental.
- Track record of effective communication, both personal and digital.
- Outgoing personality who loves building relationships.
