Information Security Third Party Risk Analyst required for market-leading law firm that are undertaking an Information Security Third-Party Risk programme. The role will be focused on assisting with general supply chain information risk management.

The Supply Chain Information Risk team is responsible for highlighting and making informed recommendations in relation to supply chain information security risks across the practice. The function also engages with the Firm's client base to provide assurance around its own security program.

The Supply Chain Information Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying and highlighting information risks that materialise as a result of supplier engagement. This will be undertaken by liaising with internal stakeholders via an internal management process for new supplier engagement and analysis of incumbent suppliers. A defined risk methodology will be adhered to in order to ascertain the levels of information security-related due diligence that are required.

Additionally, the role will support on detailed (sometimes on-site) reviews of what are deemed to be very high-risk suppliers. The role will hence entail the maintenance and tracking of remediation plans and report/escalate to the Supply Chain Information Risk Manager as to progress and issue resolution.

The role will also service client-related information security compliance requests as detailed below.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage with suppliers/relationship owners / Procurement functions as needed to assist in achieving the team's objectives;
- Ensure supplier assessments are performed in a timely fashion and be able to manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
- Baseline and analyze suppliers against the firm's information security (and industry) standards and highlight areas of non-compliance and/or concern and facilitate development of pragmatic solutions;
- Triage completed questionnaires and supporting documentation to validate suppliers' implementation of information security controls and make appropriate recommendations.
- Act as key point of contact for any supplier-related information security questions and issues, and provide guidance to stakeholders on the established process.
- Assist the Supply Chain Information Risk Manager in conducting Information Security onsite assessments at supplier locations (as well as remote reviews). Take responsibility for administration of the function's supply chain risk platform and offer associated meaningful reporting to inform the business of current risk posture.
- Remain informed on trends and issues in the information security industry.
- Act as cover in the absence of the Supply Chain Information Risk Manager.
- Support the Head of Supply Chain Information Risk in relaying the Firm's own information security controls to clients via (inter alia) completion of questionnaires and submission of audit evidence etc.
