Join a recognised Payment Service Provider (PSP) focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions in the fintech space. The company is seeking a **Business Development Manager** to lead the establishment and growth of strategic payment partnerships, driving expansion and value creation in a dynamic industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**:

- Identify, approach, and onboard new payment partners, including acquirers, issuers, and other fintech service providers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners to support mutual growth.

**Negotiation and Agreement Management**:

- Negotiate partnership terms and secure agreements that align with the company’s objectives.
- Ensure all partnerships are structured to deliver maximum value for both parties.

**Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the payment ecosystem.
- Develop and implement strategies to establish the company as a leader in payment partnerships and drive business profitability.

**Collaboration Across Teams**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including IT, product, support and compliance, to ensure smooth partnership integration.

**Industry Engagement**:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to identify new partnership opportunities and enhance brand presence.

- 2+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on partnerships in the payments or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, including acquiring, issuing, and payment processing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and craft actionable strategies.
