**About this Role**:
**What you’ll do**:

- **Support scheduling and scheduling logistics for multiple recruiters and business units across the globe.**
- **Aim to achieve or exceed the monthly scheduling goals and analyze scheduling trends that could impact the SLA delivery to our clients.**
- **Support recruiting drives globally by arranging multiple interviews in one day or a series of days conducted by the business.**
- **Project support, working on a programmatic task or an initiative to support the needs of the business.**
- **Develop collaborative and trust-based value-added relationships with your global peers and recruiting partners.**
- **Remain change-agile and solution-oriented with all scheduling changes and reschedules, and quickly problem-solve challenges.**
- **Utilize metrics to identify process improvements and performance. Identify key enhancements and new opportunities to streamline our scheduling process to improve productivity and efficiency.**
- **Establish and maintain a strong personal brand and elevate the RC team brand. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, remain agile, and be solution-oriented when faced with challenges.**
- **Act as an RC champion, helping to onboard and train new RC team members throughout the year.**
- **Lead and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions across our global team.**

**What you’ll need**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree preferred.**
- **1 - 2 years business experience preferably in Human Resources or related areas.**
- **Proven ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization.**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, ATS experience is a plus.**
- **Proven experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.**
- **Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.**
