We are creating the position of Branch HR Coordinator, acting as a real HRBP for the whole expanding organization in Germany.
Reporting to the Group HR Director with an operational reporting to the Country Manager, your will support him to increase the staffing and find the required competencies for the Branch. Your role will also be to focus on retention and career development.
Your main assignments will be:
- Recruiting & onboarding all staff within the Branch
- Implementing training sessions
- Coordinating development plans, mobility & employee review processes
- Act as the interface between the Branch & Corporate HR for all HR matters
- Cascade HR communications or HR initiatives within the local Branch
Graduated in HR, you have a first experience in recruiting engineers & qualified experts.
You have very good communication & interpersonal skills.
Agile and organized, you value team work as well as working in full autonomy.
Convincing and good at negotiating and influencing, you have the ability to work in an international background and to interact with people from all parts of the organization.
English or French is necessary to work with Corporate HR.
This position is located in Barcelona.
