**What your role is**

As part of the Iberia team, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant will report to the the SC Iberia Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Give support to sales team
- Daily Sales Reporting
- Maintenance SAP System
- Maintenance Sales Excel Tools
- Maintenance Workflow EDI
- Support Customer Service team with invoicing process
- Process invoices from suppliers
- Reporting point of sales data

**What you will bring to the team**

**Qualifications**:

- FP Administration, management, etc
- Good level of English
- Proficiency in Spanish

Skills and Competencies
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel prioritary)
- SAP knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- Very strong analytical skills and execution focused.
