**Description**

Our Business Technology team is looking for a Senior Information Technology Engineer who is customer oriented, analytical, and has an interest in partnering with our software development organization on their infrastructure.**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy aligned with IT goals and security requirements.**
- ** Collaborate with Business Technology teams and Information Security teams to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize patches based on risk assessments.**
- ** Implement vulnerability scanning tools and processes to proactively identify potential security gaps.**
- ** Build, administer and support Windows, and Macintosh desktop administration**
- ** To enhance overall system security, performance and availability**
- ** To provide on-call resolution for mission critical issues and document solutions within the case management system**
- ** Utilize best practices based on various frameworks (e.g. ITIL, ISO, SOC, PCI) and support internal and external audit activities**
- ** Collaborate with team of fellow tech gurus and play an integral part of our overall systems design, architecture and administration**
- ** Maintain and upgrade inventory records.**
- ** To assist in the maintenance of Appian's IT network and server infrastructure**
