Senior Deskside Engineer – Cádiz (El Puerto de Santa Maria y Puerto Real) In this role, you will work as a key member of the Technicians business unit, providing on‑site and remote IT support across multiple sites. Responsibilities Identify and solve various IT issues within the established time and quality guidelines (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.). Configure and prepare video conference rooms. Organise and inventory the warehouse. Install Microsoft Operating Systems and image devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs). Install software and other scripts. Replace components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs). Provide user support. Perform other IT‑related tasks following Computacenter’s directives. Control stock and inventory. Document and communicate constantly with different on‑site or remote teams. Mobility is required to serve customers at different sites. Necessary Knowledge Google Suite ServiceNow Microsoft Office Windows iOS Pre‑Requisites & Experience At least 2‑3 years of experience as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment. Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science. Fluent in English & Spanish. Driving licence required. Skills / Behaviours Excellence in Customer service Good communication skills Self‑management ability Adaptability under critical events Team player Organised and efficient Benefits Permanent and full‑time contract, Monday – Friday 40 h/week coverage with the possibility of on‑call or weekend interventions.
