**Mission**
An IT Operations specialist is expected to have great knowledge of information technology and IT service management. Excellent communication skills and very good business understanding will make a difference in the service provided by IT. We are looking for a specialist who can coordinate the day-to-day delivery of global IT services. The position is responsible of defining the strategy, policies, tools and resources related to configuration and change management processes while achieving committed service levels. The specialist should develop a user centric view of system status that will be the base for IT services quality enhancement and end-user interactions.
