Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
**Mission**:
An IT Operations specialist is expected to have great knowledge of information technology and IT service management. Excellent communication skills and very good business understanding will make a difference in the service provided by IT.
We are looking for a specialist who can coordinate the day-to-day delivery of global IT services. The position is responsible of defining the strategy, policies, tools and resources related to configuration and change management processes while achieving committed service levels. The specialist should develop a user centric view of system status that will be the base for IT services quality enhancement and end-user interactions.
**Responsabilities**:
- Define, implement and integrate configuration management policies, procedures, tools, resources to support the configuration management database (CMDB).
- Perform configuration management activities relating to identification, control, and tracking of systems and/or equipment to support the configuration management database (CMDB).
- Assess all service requests and determine what the risks and impacts are that the changes will have on the business and corporate services.
- Collaborate in transformation end-user support integrating new communication channels and support models.
**Requirements**:
- University degree: Higher Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar).
- Good knowledge of observability/monitoring tools and processes (APM, logging,).
- Soft skills: Leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing and organizational skills.
- Essential: very high level English and Spanish.
