**AI Delivery Manager - NLP Applications**

**Location: Spain, Poland, home-based**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with geographically distributed development teams (primarily in the UK and Europe) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics; suggest and implement new metrics to improve operational performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships through structured communication plans and proactive engagement.
- Identify and mitigate risks to delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating delivery outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
- Support change management by assessing project impacts, building internal awareness, and contributing to training and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of experience in software or product development, with at least 2 years in a delivery or project management role (required).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
- Must be located within ±2 hours of UK time to ensure effective collaboration with core development teams.
