Job Summary
This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing sourcing business requirements impacting processes, approval matrix or tools of their day-to-day. Acting as the sourcing representative by proving visibility, comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and ensuring central stakeholders understand the value and the prioritization.
This role is as well responsible on ensuring the right communication and implementation across the sourcing community and supprts the overall tool adoption.
Job Responsibilities
1. Effective engagement and alignment with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements (in regards to tools and processes) and to ensure that Product team understand the value
2. Participate on cross functional teams responsible for developing tools to be used by the sourcing teams by providing feedback and supporting the overall communication and implementation globally
3. Work alongside with the Global Growth initiatives team to support development, information gathering and implementation of continuous improvement and growth projects
4. Map key relevant processes with business requirements and contribute in the testing, planning, coordinating and implementing of those
5. Key support to ensure tools adoption (Tools being One contract, one copy, one extension and one offers ; Salesforce, leads and atlas)
Required Skillset and Experience- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (This role requires a constant communication with the regional sourcing leaders)- Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & Prioritize- Strong project management skills as the role requires coordination with product managers for all key tools to be used by Sourcing- Analytical and conceptual skills to implement the tools and its adoption- Overall understanding of the business to prioritize needs aligned with company strategy- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in company tools will be a plus- Sourcing frontline experience it’s a plus to be able to relate internal tools to business decisions- Experience in Project management it’s a plus as it will support the coordination with product management later on- Proven work experience in product management or within product roles (Contracting, revenue or yielding)- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to Sourcing teams (contracting and yielding teams)- Bachelor's and/or University Degree or similar highly valued- Advance English is a MUST
