To make a difference with us, all you need to do is bring your **human best.** Business Decision Intelligence & Analytics Manager **The purpose of the role**: The Business Decision Intelligence & Analytics Manager leads the strategy and management of JTI’s Heated Tobacco Global Tracker, covering up to 30 markets. This role ensures consistent, actionable insights to drive performance analysis, market understanding, and data-informed decisions. Working with cross-functional teams and local markets, the manager oversees Tracker execution, aligns methodologies, and enhances data accessibility through dashboards. The role combines analytical leadership with stakeholder engagement to deliver insights that inform strategy and unlock growth. **What will you do - key responsibilities**: **Centralized Heated Tobacco Study Leadership** - Lead and optimize the Centralized Heated Tobacco Study across all regions, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient setup, and actionable insights through advanced tools and dashboards. - Collaborate with local markets to define KPIs, tailor outputs to market-specific needs, and ensure data accessibility for informed decision-making. **Data Governance & Analytics Products** - Govern and evolve business definitions, KPIs, data sources, and related analytics products to maintain consistency and comparability across markets. - Deliver strategic insight (SI) reports that provide a relevant, accurate, and business-driven understanding of category performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local markets to deliver practical guidance on data standards, analytics methodologies, and consumer insight interpretation.**Descriptive & prescriptive analysis (consolidation & connecting the dots)** - Conduct descriptive and prescriptive analyses using all available data sources to uncover actionable insights. - Consolidate findings to draw clear connections between consumer behavior, market trends, and business outcomes.Translate complex data into storytelling that supports strategic and tactical decision-making across functions and markets.**Global Agency Management** - Lead partnerships with top-tier global research agencies to ensure excellence in analytics execution and reporting quality. - Evaluate, onboard, and manage agency partners to maintain program scalability and methodological rigor.Identify and assess new agencies or data providers to continuously elevate the program’s capabilities and value**Cross-functional Projects** - Provide high-quality support to corporate stakeholders and local markets across cross-functional initiatives. - Offer strategic input on measures, sources, and analytical approaches to meet evolving business needs.Ensure alignment with governance principles while facilitating knowledge sharing across teams and delivering insights that support commercial success.**Who are we looking for** - University degree - 10+ years in Marketing & Sales across markets and HQ, with deep expertise in industry drivers, consumer behavior, pricing, and retail KPIs - Advanced skills in market data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI), Tracker programs, KPI analysis, and translating complex data into actionable business insights - Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience, with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions in dynamic environments - Commercially minded analyst with strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to uncover root causes in data trends, delivering actionable insights and sustainable, business-driven solutions. - Effective communicator and storyteller, skilled at translating complex data into engaging presentations and bridging business and technical teams to align on impactful solutions.
