**Finance and Business Risk Manager**:
We are looking for a Finance and Business Risk Manager based in Súria (Barcelona).

**Role Overview**:
The Finance and Business Risk Manager will play a key role in financial planning, business risk management, and optimizing financial performance. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, conducting risk assessments, and implementing control frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide strategic insights to enhance business performance. Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Business Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, develop risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Financial Operations & Control: Oversee financial reporting, ensure data accuracy, implement cost control practices, and align with corporate policies.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a financial advisor to business units, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance.

**You will rock at this role if...**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- 7-10 years of experience in finance or business risk management.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with experience in risk assessment.
- Familiar with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
- Proficient in financial systems (SAP, ERP, BI tools) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
