**About the Role**: Manitou is seeking a dynamic Services and Financing Sales Manager to boost our Services Revenue and manage sales financing activity in Iberica. This role involves strategic planning, partnership management with banks, and leading sales initiatives to meet our targets. You will report to Iberica Managing Director in direct line and to the Sales Financing Director in dotted line.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for Services and sales Financing in Iberica.
- Manage Retail financing to end customers and a subsidy budget.
- Manage stock Financing activities for the dealer network.
- Promote products bundling services into finance for dealers and end users.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and finance partners.
- Motivate the Sales Team, execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide training on services and financial products to the dealer network.

**Your Profile**:

- 5+ years in Sales and Financing Programs.
- Bachelor’s in Economics (accounting, finance, business admin ) or Sales (Master’s preferred).
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, results-driven.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Proven management experience in Sales Financing/Vendor Financing.
- Proven experience in working with a dealer network for an Original Equipment Manufacturer.
- Fluent in English.
