We are a cutting-edge genetics laboratory specialized in advanced reproductive medicine and personalized genomic solutions. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and scientific excellence, we collaborate with fertility clinics, hospitals, and research institutions across national and international markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business development strategies in line with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify and approach potential clients and partners (fertility clinics, hospitals, labs).
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Present and promote our portfolio of genetic testing services.
- Work closely with the marketing, scientific, and operations teams.
- Attend conferences, congresses, and industry events.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Sales-Marketing related degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the healthcare or biotech sector.
- Strong understanding of genetics, reproductive medicine, or diagnostics preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and goal-oriented.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
