**Role Overview**
The Recruitment and Admissions - Spain will be responsible for driving annual commercial objectives across all ACE Education programs in Spain, ensuring both enrollment growth and the recruitment of high-quality student cohorts. This leadership role oversees the admissions strategy, policies, and processes across the country, with direct responsibility for teams on the Madrid and Valencia campuses.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager of ACE Education Spain, the role will also work closely with and maintain a functional link to the Group’s Global Director of Sales and Marketing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Commercial Strategy**
- Contribute to defining and executing ACE Education Spain’s national commercial strategy, aligned with Group priorities.
- Lead and deliver on annual commercial and enrollment targets for all programs/schools in Spain.
- Design recruitment and admissions processes to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor practices to adjust strategies and activate new levers for growth.
- Build strong relationships with key high schools to develop a solid applicant pipeline.
- Lead the selection, training, and performance management of recruitment agents.
- Plan and oversee annual commercial events, including attendance at fairs and other recruitment activities, ensuring strong brand presence and lead generation.
- Actively manage leads — from first contact to admission — balancing leadership responsibilities with direct sales activity to secure enrolments.
- Oversee go-to-market initiatives such as events, campaigns, and national sales challenges to reinforce ACE’s market presence.
**Admissions Excellence**
- Ensure admissions policies and practices meet ACE Education’s quality standards.
- Oversee student selection processes to recruit strong and diverse cohorts.
- Guarantee a seamless applicant-to-student journey in collaboration with other departments.
- Manage re-enrollments in partnership with the academic team, ensuring student retention and satisfaction.
**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate recruitment and admissions teams across Spain’s campuses, ensuring consistent processes and performance.
- Oversee onboarding and training for recruitment and admissions staff.
- Work closely with colleagues internationally, particularly in France, to align processes and share best practices.
- Partner with marketing, academics, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic execution of recruitment and commercial goals.
**Data & Reporting**
- Analyze recruitment and commercial performance data and provide regular reports on numbers, conversions, and projections.
- Consolidate commercial reporting with a strong ROI focus, ensuring senior management has a clear view of Spain’s performance.
- Use CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to track effectiveness and optimize outreach.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Proven ability to design and execute recruitment and admissions processes.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to build projections and track KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading across multiple sites.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; French is a plus.
- Experience in international education, higher education, or related industries is preferred.
