The mission of the Enterprise AI vertical is to help clients build truly AI-native operations by implementing agentic frameworks, identifying and scaling high-impact automation opportunities, and deploying GenAI-powered assistants, agents, and enterprise applications across core and adjacent business domains. You will deliver these solutions through pragmatic low-code approaches where they make sense, and through custom-built implementations developed in close collaboration with the engineering teams.

You will have a unique opportunity to shape our value proposition in the fast-evolving space of Agentic AI, AI-enabled enterprise applications, and low-code automation. This includes developing proprietary methodologies and reusable frameworks, building a high-performing cross-functional team, and driving commercial growth in partnership with our sales and delivery organizations.

What is the mission of this role?

- Develop the Offering: Shape and evolve our Enterprise AI consulting proposition – from service structure, technology stack, delivery formats to methodical playbooks and reusable tools.

- Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from opportunity framing and use case validation to MVP implementation and deployment.

- Drive Commercial Growth: Collaborate with Sales to identify business opportnities, create pitches, and win projects to grow your verticals revenue. Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.

- Develop the Team: Help to recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of business consultants and LowCode/GenAI experts. Define delivery standards and foster excellence.

- Connect Strategy, Tech & Execution: Align with broader tech and consulting teams to integrate AI-native tools, low-code platforms, and agentic frameworks into impactful business solutions.

What are we looking for

- 8+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or business building
- Demonstrated success in building products & solutions as well as consulting service offerings or verticals in an innovation-driven context
- Experience in Defining & Re-engineering business processes through reliable technical understanding and knowledge (e.g. on Cloud Infrastructures, Data Platforms, AI Models, etc.)
- Strong exposure to Agentic AI, automation, and low-code ecosystems (e.g. Agent Builders, AI Foundation Model, Applications & Platforms like CoPilot Studios, AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platforms, OpenAI )
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, paired with hands-on delivery skills
- Expertise in tech driven, E2E consulting processes: strategy, validation, business case, MVP
- Ability to translate tech into commercial impact and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
