**Your mission**:
Are you a real team-player with a hands-on mentality? Then we are looking for you As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager you will be part of a creative and European team with the goal to successfully position our brand in the market. To contribute to the success of atwork, our priority is to understand our customers. We want to learn what interests and moves them in order to reach them in both online and offline marketing. In this role, you can put all your creativity in innovative digital marketing campaigns.

**This is what you will do with us**:

- You support in the creation of campaigns with the goal of lead generation and lead nurturing using marketing automation
- You analyze, control, monitor and report our marketing measures. For this purpose, you use tracking and analytics tools.
- You create targeted designs for ad creatives, social media posts and slide decks (with the use of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc)
- Collaborate closely with other departments (especially Sales, Customer Success Management and Product Development)

**Your profile**:

- Completed further or higher education in marketing (B.Sc. / M. Sc.), ideally with a focus on digital marketing
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing and lead gen campaigns - ideally in B2B enterprise software in the international market
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hotjar, etc.) to measure KPIs and optimise marketing actions.
- Experience in creating and optimising paid digital campaigns (Google ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, etc.)
Innovative, create mindset with a flair for new trends
- You are a team player and are eager to assist your teammates with various tasks
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
