ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM_**
Provide administrative support to all internal customers by being a point of contact for internal HR Operations standard information on Employee Life Cycle Governance & Compliance and Strategic activities. Provide advice and support to internal and external customers based on a thorough understanding of SITA's processes procedures and policies as well as general knowledge of HR. Participate in HR Operations projects and roll out of programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO_**
**Employee Life Cycle Management**
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding processes, including Day 1 induction and HR systems setup.
- Support benefits administration, ensuring accurate data is shared with providers.
- Track and follow up on probation periods.
- Handle voluntary and involuntary offboarding and related documentation.
- Draft and process lifecycle changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, salary updates).
- Administer employee absences including holidays, sick leave, parental leaves.
- Record recognition and award data (e.g., long service awards).
**Payroll and Benefits Administration**
- Compile and submit payroll data accurately and on time.
- Support annual reward and bonus cycle inputs.
- Liaise with payroll vendors, Finance, and HR partners.
- Update benefit providers on employee changes and process invoices.
**Governance and Compliance**
- Maintain accurate employee records in People Central and document management system.
- Conduct data audits to ensure compliance and quality.
- Prepare materials for internal/external audits.
- Track and report local legislative changes and notify the GEO HR Manager.
- Process purchase orders and resolve invoice-related queries.
**Strategic and Project Support**
- Support internal communications and briefings.
- Provide data and documentation for business cases (e.g., M&A, outsourcing).
- Collaborate with Reward and GEO HR teams on employment cost modeling.
- Participate in HR projects and program rollouts.
Qualifications:
**_ EXPERIENCE_**
- 3+ years experience of HR administration.
- Experience with HRIM system preferably Oracle HRCM.
- Fluent in English, any other regional language is a plus.
- Higher education qualification.
**Technical Skills**
- HRIS proficiency (e.g., HRCM Oracle, SAP)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
- Document preparation and digital recordkeeping
- Payroll data reconciliation
**Soft Skills**
- Attention to detail (critical for compliance and contracts)
- Time management (balancing recurring tasks and ad hoc requests)
- Problem-solving (resolving queries, system issues, benefit discrepancies)
- Communication (clear written and verbal responses to employees/stakeholders)
- Collaboration (working with TA, Finance, external vendors, and HRBPs)
- Discretion and confidentiality (handling sensitive data)
**Analytical Skills**
- Data accuracy checks and audits
- MI reporting and basic trend analysis (e.g., attrition, probation outcomes)
**Customer Service Orientation**
- Providing timely, empathetic, and knowledgeable support to employees and stakeholders.

- Member of professional HR association; an advantage.
- May be studying for an Entry Level professional qualification from a recognized HR body / organization.
