International HR Operations Consultant

As International HR Operations Consultant you will advise international clients on adapting their HR policies to Spanish and German employment practices, acting as their local HR department. You support clients, local employees and expats with HR, labor law, payroll, and immigration matters.

As a sparring partner for management and colleagues across Europe, you collaborate closely with our headquarters in the Netherlands, our European subsidiaries, and global partners. You also manage relations with Spanish and German partners in payroll, accounting, and legal.

You will be working with both the Spanish and German team who are responsible for managing all the HR & payroll services for our (primarily) non-European clients.

• You hold a relevant bachelor's degree and/or have the equivalent experience and mindset;
• You are experienced in Spanish and/or German employment law and have an understanding of the entire employment lifecycle; 
• Professional command of the German, Spanish and English language both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: experience in payroll regulations in Spain and/or Germany; 
• Ideally, you have experience in the domain of flexible, contracted, or indirect employment (ETT, Temp work, Professional Employment Outsourcing) or in contractor/consulting services;
• Your flexibility and empathy have no limits given our global work environment and the multicultural backgrounds that you would be dealing with;
• You are eager to learn, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks, and detail-oriented.

• A gross annual starting salary of between EUR – EUR depending on your experience and residence);
• An end-of-year bonus potential of 10%, depending on your personal and company goals;
• An annual training and development budget of EUR 1000;
