Conversational Ai Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for someone with good Business Analyst experience, effective communication, ability to manage stakeholders with proven experience in Conversational AI to join our Digital Experiences Tech product team.

**The role**:
**As a Conversational AI Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between the Digital Experiences Tech Product Group and the business stakeholders.

Your role involves understanding the opportunities and challenges faced by Nestlé brands and consumers, advising on optimal solutions for Conversational AI technologies, and translating business strategies into project requirements.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into specifications for the Conversational AI product portfolio.
- ** Business Scenario Design**: Design business scenarios and use cases while ensuring that product features align with stakeholder demands and add value to Digital Experiences.
- ** Product Activation Support**: Support product onboarding and activation processes, assist testing teams with test plans, and lead acceptance testing reviews to achieve solution sign-off.
- ** Success Tracking and Compliance**: Track success factors and best practices from Digital Experiences initiatives, ensuring security and compliance requirements are integrated into solution design while influencing business leaders in decision-making.

**What will make you a great fit?**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related studies.
- 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Conversational AI, with good understanding of business complexity and ability to translate it into IT requirements.
- Experience on project management, agile methodologies and management of solution delivery at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication at different level in the organization and in English, and ability to influence.

**Bonus Points If You**:
- Have experience in Immersive, IoT, Mobile Apps would be nice to have.
