**The role**:
**What you’ll do**:

- ** Data Management**: Oversee the integration and management of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- ** Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements.
- ** Project Oversight**: Manage multiple projects related to data aggregation and analysis for different commodities.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.

**What will make you a great fit?**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of previous experience as a IT Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in IT and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations and increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, especially in the context of commodities and raw materials.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English.

**Bonus Points If You...**:

- Have experience in agriculture area (Dairy, Coffee or Cocoa)
- Have expertise in MS Azure and Snowflake
- Have experience in change management
- Speak Spanish
