Worldsensing products have been pioneering the industrial IoT since 2008. We’re looking for an outstanding Key Account Manager to join the Sales team in our Barcelona office.

**About Worldsensing**

Founded in 2008, Worldsensing works with more than 200 engineering service providers worldwide to help them improve geotechnical, geospatial and structural monitoring in mining, construction, rail and critical infrastructure management.

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Key Account Manager to join our Worldsensing team.

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Address and resolve key clients’ complaints.
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.
- Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Use an internal sales Team spray around the world to help and support key global customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in key account management.
- Geospatial / survey market background
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- English 100% and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to move within complex environments.
- Ideally based in Barcelona, Spain.
