**What will you do?**

The primary objective of this internship is to collaborate and support the Training & Development Supply Chain Europe Manager in the Training People & Development Supply Chain Europe Priority Program initiatives. These include:

- Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform_
- Develop training material for Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.
- Create communication plan to enable the usage of Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform in the sites.
- Collaborate with pre-identified sites to implement the Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.
- Define a process to provide timely feedback to Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users.
- Coordinate and organize sessions with Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users to create a network of Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform Subject Matter Experts.
- Proactively propose process improvement ideas to enable a smooth implementation of the platform in different sites.
- Administrative actions related to the tool deployment.
- Training & Development_
- Process and analyse data with critical view to support training and development processes aimed at the contribution to Europe Supply Chain goals.
- Promote, coordinate and organize trainings for Europe Supply Chain teams.
- Track attendance, feedback surveys, follow up actions of the sessions. Contribute to the content development of the trainings - storytelling approach.
- Administrative actions related to Training & Development when needed.
- Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
