Guarantees that Klepierre’slevel of commitment (as per defined leasing contract) is met and up to date Implements procedures for the effective management of Centre’s Suppliers in accordance with the contracts BUSINESS DEVELOPER Asset value empowerment Animates and monitor dashboards and KPI’s to improve SC performance Manages customers & retailers' satisfaction : Demonstrates and promotes a ‘Service Mindset’ culture Is involved in Mall income development: Takes initiative, on local Business : Target, prospection and business growth ( + Support leasing in scouting local brands/retailers).
