**_About the role:_**

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be the responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the company. This includes planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. The role involves optimizing processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services while maintaining high-quality standards. The Supply Chain Manager collaborates with various departments, such as Production, Delivery, Sales, Administration and Engineering to ensure seamless coordination across all stages of the Supply Chain. Additionally, they are responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

**_ Key Responsibilities: _**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Oversee procurement and purchasing activities to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices in supply chain management.
- Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve operations.

**_ Requirements: _**
- Degree in Organization Industrial Engineer or equivalent(Master recommended)
- Experience minimum of 8 years in procurement or supply chain managing
- English: C1 or equivalent, need to negotiate contracts in English worldwide
- Flexibility to travel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in forecasting, planning, and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
