**About DACI**:
DACI is an independent multi-utility design company located near the center of Manchester, and proud to be the first MURS-accredited Design House without the construction scope. Our professional service is unmatched in the Utility Industry and our core expertise, knowledge, and experience are best served for all Utility Contractors and Consultants nationwide.

**The Role**:
We are thrilled to welcome a new Project Coordinator to our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring smooth operations and communication across all departments and with our clients.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Initiate and log new schemes into our database, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Track the progression of projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Distribute relevant information to the necessary departments in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly meeting with clients and provide projects update to them.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and responding to queries.
- Request and gather missing information from third parties to ensure project requirements are met.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration/Project Management or similar.
- **Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.**:

- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent IT literacy with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

**Working Hours**:

- 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 14.30pm.
- Lunch break: 30 mins.

Sueldo: Hasta 18.000,00€ al año
