Completions Coordinator

SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Completions Coordinator to support a major industrial project. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating mechanical completion activities, ensuring systems are completed, documented, and ready for commissioning and handover in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate mechanical completion activities across assigned systems and disciplines.
- Define and manage system and subsystem boundaries in line with the project completion strategy.
- Track completion status, punch lists, and readiness for commissioning and handover.
- Compile, review, and manage completion dossiers and handover documentation.
- Interface closely with construction, quality, engineering, and commissioning teams.
- Support site inspections, walk-downs, and system handovers.
- Maintain accurate completion records and progress reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Completions Coordinator / Mechanical Completion Coordinator on large industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness.
- Experience managing punch lists, dossiers, and turnover documentation.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with completion management systems (e.g. WinPCS, ProCoSys, ICAPS, Omega) is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Candidates must be based in Spain or located in a commutable city to Huelva.
