Completions Coordinator

SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experiencedCompletions Coordinatorto support a major industrial project. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating mechanical completion activities, ensuring systems are completed, documented, and ready for commissioning and handover in line with project requirements.Key Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical completion activities across assigned systems and disciplines. Define and manage system and subsystem boundaries in line with the project completion strategy. Track completion status, punch lists, and readiness for commissioning and handover. Compile, review, and manage completion dossiers and handover documentation. Interface closely with construction, quality, engineering, and commissioning teams. Support site inspections, walk-downs, and system handovers. Maintain accurate completion records and progress reporting.What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Completions Coordinator / Mechanical Completion Coordinator on large industrial or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of mechanical completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness. Experience managing punch lists, dossiers, and turnover documentation. Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. Familiarity with completion management systems (e.g. WinPCS, ProCoSys, ICAPS, Omega) is an advantage. Strong organisational and communication skills. Candidates must be based in Spain or located in a commutable city to Huelva.
