**Description**
Reporting to the Business Operations Assistant, the Technical Operations Intern will perform a variety of administrative, analytical and implementation activities in order to improve the business processes at NPAW and ensure a smooth day-to-day office functioning.
**Responsibilities**
- Collecting data, filing documents and creating and delivering business reports.
- Analyzing and optimizing cross-departamental data
- Technical implementation of new processes and procedures
- Automatizing manual data & processes
- Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational information needs
- Providing administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of an organization
**Requirements**:
- B.Sc. in industrial engineering, computer engineering or similar
- Good knowledge on BI and Analytics tools is a must
- Knowledge in data migration & automatization
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Fast learner and willing to participate in a wide range of activities
- Proactive, self-demanding and easy-going person
- Strong organization skills are a must
