**Context Of The Role**

Thunes is hiring a Strategy & Operations Intern that will be assisting the Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role will report to the VP of Sales Strategy & Operations and will support the global sales organization on growth strategy and planning, while being focused on how our processes, people and tools can best work together to help us accelerate revenue growth. You will work in an international team of people coming from different cultural and professional backgrounds and will have opportunities to collaborate with other functional teams like marketing, finance, and HR.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support weekly & monthly management reporting in collaboration with other functional teams
- Take an active role in driving initiatives related to sales process improvements, sales enablement, incentive design, business intelligence or go-to-market strategy
- Analyse data and produce presentations to communicate insights and ideas to sales leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and verify CRM data as a system of truth
- Conduct market & competitor research to identify relevant insights that can shape our sales strategy
- Work with other internal teams to support the broader company's efforts

**Professional Qualifications/Experience**
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in Consulting, Finance or Operations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-rounded technical toolkit, including creating professional PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks
- Must be highly organized, independent and able to prioritize tasks
- Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-cultural environment and with people across different time zones
- Relevant industry experience in payments or technology and exposure to a B2B sales environment are advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is also nice-to-have
