**About the Position**

At goFLUENT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment alongside our sales managers during the entire customer lifecycle.

You will act as a trusted advisor for our Spanish-speaking B2B clients. You will be their main point of contact for all program-related enquiries and provide day-to-day support, running projects to implement their global language training programs. You will work closely with the sales manager to ensure that the solution and service delivered to our clients are aligned with their expectations; thus ensuring their retention.

**What Youll Do**
- Build the relationship with client portfolios, successfully deploying their language training projects with the support of other teams.
- Onboard your clients by presenting the goFLUENT solution through Kick-off sessions or webinars.
- Ensure that the solution is aligned with their expectations and that issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Provide project management skills and support to Sales teams by identifying actions for continuous improvement of your clients learning results.
- Support your clients use of our solution by presenting tools dedicated to monitoring the program or by providing specific reports.
- Organize and lead monthly and/or quarterly reviews with clients, showing success of the learning programs in order to drive results, achieve renewals and assist in growing the accounts.

**What we are looking for**
- 1 year of proven experience as a CSM in a B2B company.
- Good command of CRMs, especially Salesforce (desirable).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish (Native or C1) as well as English (Intermediate level desirable)
- Intermediate level of Portuguese is a big plus
