Redefine has been collaborating with filmmakers and IP owners to create high-end feature films. Currently in production on major features we are looking for new talent to join our growing team. We aim to compete with the best in the business and will rely on our experienced Producers for managing the execution and delivery of their project, partnering with the VFX Supervisor and Director to bring the project to life. They will foster the crew’s relationship with the client, producing the review and approval pipeline. The Producer will assemble the initial show breakdown and bid, along with the macro production schedule. Working with the Resource Schedule Manager, they will plan and schedule facility resources as required. As the project progresses through production, they will manage the ongoing breakdown and bidding process, liaising with the client throughout. The Producer will manage the film crew, mentoring and guiding the leadership and production teams on the project.

**Needs to Do**: Requires understanding of the CG production process from artistic, managerial, and operational perspectives. They must achieve and balance both the creative and operational goals of the project Assemble budget assumptions, breakdowns, and an overall macro schedule. They will partner and mentor the Production Manager, ensuring the macro schedule is achievable, and that its targets are being met by each departments’ output Organize and facilitate methodology meetings with the VFX Supervisor and Director, working with the leadership team and the DNEG facility teams to assemble an executable pipeline Produce the review and approval structure for the project, working with the Head of Production to determine inventory and quota forecasts and resource needs for all departments Responsible for the project’s overall resource schedule, working with the Production Manager, the resourcing team, and Production Supervisors for all crewing needs Must oversee creative and financial progress of the show, understanding the tax credit schemes for the client, reporting findings to the Head of Production weekly Develop and assemble weekly production status client reports Must analyse new script breakdowns and story reels material, forecasting complexity and production concerns that could have an impact on the schedule and delivery. They must proactively assemble solutions with the Supervisors to present to the client, acting as the point of escalation for any issues on the project Responsible for fostering the client relationship throughout, ensuring the project’s progress is transparent and the atmosphere cordial Encouraged to make recommendations for improvements to production and pipeline systems, particularly with respect to scheduling, flow of information, milestone realization, and client delivery and communication Involved in strategic planning for current and upcoming projects with the leadership team and their fellow Producers
