**Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)**

The Assistant Producer plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the production of creative design projects within our studio. This role combines project management, cross-functional collaboration, and client liaison responsibilities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Assistant Producer will support the Senior Producer and Senior Creative Director while fostering a collaborative and efficient production environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, objectives, and client requirements.
- Contribute to the development of project strategies and production plans.
- Support the Senior Creative Director in overseeing project delivery and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and provide financial reporting support.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables meet studio standards and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop contingency plans.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture within the studio.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices to enhance production workflows and overall project delivery.

**Key Skills / Experience Required**

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Additional Qualifications / certifications**

**Prior experience**
- Experience in production management, project coordination, or similar roles within creative, design, or themed entertainment industries.

**Other skills (preferred)**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with teams and clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
