Además, cada verano llevamos nuestras experiências a **Ibiza**, con residencias semanales en los clubs de **UNVRS (Ushuaïa & Hï Ibiza)**, y con espectáculos al aire libre como **elrow Outdoors en Ushuaïa**, donde la animación, los performers y el arte escénico son piezas clave para transformar cada noche en un show único.

**Sobre el Rol**

Como **Animation Producer**, serás responsable de coordinar y ejecutar la animación en los festivales y shows de elrow. Gestionarás performers, ensayos y recursos artísticos, asegurando que cada performance transmita la identidad creativa y disruptiva de elrow.

**Responsabilidades**

Gestión principal del rol
- Coordinar la animación de los shows asignados (festivales y residencias en Ibiza).
- Gestionar performers, ensayos y planificación de cada espectáculo.

Producción / Ejecución operativa
- Supervisar vestuario, maquillaje y utilería de animación.
- Controlar la ejecución on-site de la animación durante los eventos.
- Resolver incidencias artísticas u operativas relacionadas con performers.

Comunicación y Coordinación
- Colaborar con el Head of Animation Producer y los equipos de producción y técnica.
- Coordinar con proveedores de vestuario, maquillaje y recursos artísticos.

Seguimiento y Análisis
- Evaluar el desempeño de los performers post show.Proponer mejoras para enriquecer las performances y procesos creativos.

**Requisitos**:
**Perfil que buscamos**
- +2-3 años de experiência en animación, producción artística o espectáculos.
- Conocimiento en gestión de performers y coordinación de shows.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de Office.
- Idiomas: español e inglés alto.
- Soft skills: creatividad, organización, comunicación, capacidad de resolución.
