If you are ready to accelerate, innovate and lead, join us as we challenge constraints and problem solve for tomorrow today. **Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?** The SEMEA SASE Regional Sales Lead owns the responsibility for the pipeline growth, sales execution strategy and management of the SEMEA VMware SASE and SD-WAN solutions into the enterprise, commercial sectors and partner community. You will be responsible along for building a strong sustainable SaaS business, achieving ACV bookings targets, building pipeline, managing the sales forecasting process, and building a brand around our solutions within your territory. You will need to oversee and work closely with VMware’s Field and Partner organizations to achieve success and manage interactions with our existing customers. Knowledge of the cloud networking, SD-WAN and SASE is desired however it essential that you must have a track record of success experience in building and driving a sales business. **The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?** - Accountable for achieving SaaS ACV bookings targets for VMware SD-WAN and SASE solutions - You will generally split time 50/50 between creating and building individual pipeline as well as supporting the other sales organizations (Enterprise, Commercial and Network and Security) to grow their SASE business - Participate in a weekly forecasting process to provide visibility to VMware’s leadership of sales pipeline growth and ability to achieve ACV bookings targets, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving target bookings - Identify high propensity customers and lead sales engagements - Collaborate and build positive relationships with core, specialist and partner sales and SE leaders and sales teams to ensure comprehensive engagement to maximize the addressable market opportunity across our business and with our customers - Consultative sales experience especially around the adoption of cloud services in the infrastructure space - As a SEMEA role, as restrictions are lifted, travel across the region is expected (approx. 50%) - Experience managing pipeline growth, ACV booking quota achievement and delivering accurate forecasts - Proven ability to drive individual attainment as well as coach and support the other sales teams to deliver both short and long-term results - Proven ability to enroll both the core and your extended sales organizations in your long-term strategy - Demonstrate success in delivering in a high growth, acquisition, challenger sales organization - Experience in working with start-up organizations and/or working for a challenger brand - Ability to articulate and evangelize the value of SASE and SD-WAN solutions - Experience with supporting the GTM for new product introductions - Strategic thinker with a tactical sales driven mentality - Strong sales team leadership and customer relationship skills - Experience of working across the SEMEA region **Where is this role located?** Preferred location France, Italy or Spain **What are the benefits and perks of working at VMware?** - Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Me
