**Goal of the position**
Assist the Calvin Klein product team in system incidences, reporting and stock control as well as finance department with administrative tasks.
**Tasks**:
- Checking Sales & KPIS reporting
- Tracking deliveries to stores. In transit and receiving.
- Solve merchandise incidents
- Solve and tracking prices issues in the system
- Transfers between stores in the system
- Stock adjustments
- Stores stock control and system support
- Store replenishments
- Support the finance department in the approval of utility bills through the COUPA system and accounting monitoring
**Who you are**:
- This program is for you if you are studying Finance, Economics, or a similar degree
- Advanced proficiency in English and at least intermediate proficiency in Spanish is required; French or any other languages are a big plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus
- Good use of other MS Office tools such as Power Point and Word
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

**As for the formal requirements**:
