**Who are we looking for?**
Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious and positive, and want to embrace AWWG culture.
Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must
**Goal**
As HRBP Intern your mission is to give support to our HRBP Retail Team in Iberia (ECI / RETAIL). You will build straordinary relations with our business partners in order to reach the goals of the whole team
**Tasks**
- **Labour Legal Support**:
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data of the stores, and updating any previous employees’ data
- Updating internal HR databases; for example, entering sick leaves, maternity leaves, and more
- Review, revise, and update company policies
- Supporting the team with the resolution of labour doubts, interpretation of agreements / statutes, labour legislation with Area managers and store managers
- Support by preparing documentation related to dismissals, negotiations, execution
- To collect the necessary documentation for labour inspections and collective mediations
- Management and realization of work calendars
- Support with the reports of excess hours, taking into account correctly made
- **Talent acquisition and development**:
- Support the HRBP in topics related to talent acquisition and development
- Helping preparing communications and doing reports
- Building strategic partnerships
- Help with the on boarding of new employees
- To manage GK operation database
**Educational Level**
Studies in HR, Psychology, Labour Relations, Master’s Degree in HR
**Previous experience, Languages, Knowledge & Technical skills**:
- Spanish, native or advanced
- English, advanced - C1
- Portuguese is a big plus
- Previous experience is a plus
