**Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform**:
Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

**Position description**:
Within an international team we are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the deployment of the HR policy to meet the challenges of the company.

In this goal, you will be in charge of an international scope of different departments, and you will be the referent of the Spanish law. This requires the development of innovative and adapted HR actions on Barcelona’s offices.

**Your main tasks would be as follows**:
Career Management (40% of your time)
- Support / advise managers in the development of their teams.
- Work on the management of jobs and skills within its scope, in particular by proposing / triggering training to improve skills, and by facilitating professional interviews.
- Constitute the HR entry point for employees within its scope. Respond to all day-to-day HR issues, relying on the technical expertise of dedicated services such as payroll.

Project Management (30% of your time)
- Take part in cross-company HR projects in relation with the other HR BPs (based in Paris and Nantes).
- Deploy HR processes within its scope, taking into account the specificities of each local legislation and culture (Spain), in a logic of alignment and harmonization: values, social benefits, onboarding, offboarding, etc.

Administrative Management (30% of your time)
- Be the referent of the team in terms of Spanish employment and labor law
- Manage all the Safety and Health policies (implementation and definition if needed).
- Work hand in hand with the Administration team, in order to have the best workspace for our Lengowians.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills**:

- Experience of more than 5 years as HR.
- Spanish HR experience.
- Experience in supporting managers.
- Knowledge of social law.
- Relational quality.
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Flexibility and productivity.
- Organization and rigor.
- Perfect command of English and Spanish.
- At ease with computer tools (Excel, HRIS etc ).
