**This is you**:

- +3 years of CRM experience, including hands-on work with segmentation, personalization software, and database management.
- Extensive experience working in CRM tools such as Salesforce (Admin level), Braze and HubSpot.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering and data analytics teams and tools (i.e. JIRA, Asana, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Demonstrates competence in clear, concise communication, particularly when managing tight deadlines and when presenting program performance/insights to management team.
- Creative thinking who uses data insights to inform decision

**You'll rock it in this position if**:

- Apart from Salesforce, you also have experience working with Braze and Hubspot.
- You are experienced in a successful product-led company.
- You have an excellent understanding of CRM fundamentals, outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to leverage data for insights and actions.
- You have a great ability to create successful retention and engagement campaigns, knowing how to quickly iterate when the results are not what you expected.
- You only take decisions based in data.
- You are an organised person and this is reflected in your projects, which you can carry from start to finish autonomously.
- You have experience working for B2B/B2C HRtech companies.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Managing the scheduling, testing, build and deployment of the global lifecycle campaigns using Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot & Braze)
- Responsible for the sales performance with Salesforce, working on projects with our SFDC agency.
- Project manage the delivery of new communications and improvements to existing programs - the role is focused on the strategic and analytical side of campaign planning as well as execution and involves working with, where appropriate, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and others.
- Understand the performance trend of these communications, actively seek out improvements and deliver on recommendations
- Seek opportunities to enhance the user acquisition, retention and reactivation funnel.
- Definition, measurement and evaluation of results to obtain quantitative and qualitative analysis that help us to continue learning and improving.
