Quadpack is a global manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners. With offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia and a strategic network of manufacturing partners and a culture integrated with more than 25 different nationalities. We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors.

**The mission of this role**

Be responsible for the pricing strategy in Quadpack, to increase our business's competitiveness and profitability, through the analysis of competitor pricing, preparing market share and revenue forecasts, and comparing the outcomes of different pricing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define the roadmap to implement a successful pricing function and needed resources, to provide pricing analysis and marketplace benchmarking to translate pricing data into actionable profit-enhancing strategies.
- Monitor and update commercial price lists, to identify opportunities to optimise sales and profitability through pricing strategies. Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
- Develop rating logics to ensure effective pricing outcomes and carry out quality control processes and checks on pricing models and data to ensure they deliver the outputs required: forecast revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to develop new proposals for increasing sales and margin (competitive pricing strategies depending on the market trends and needs). Prepare and presenting pricing analysis findings to Executive and Sales teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or in a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration will be advantageous.
- A minimum of five years' experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry
- Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) software, such as Sisense and InetSoft Style Intelligence.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
- Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments
- Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
