**INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER**

**¿Cuál será tu misión y funciones?**
- Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas para lograr los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos, a través del liderazgo del equipo de ventas y delivery que estén a tu cargo.
- Gestionar el presupuesto, supervisar la administración de ventas: pedidos, gestión de cuentas a cobrar de los clientes
- Participar en las comunicaciones y negociaciones para acordar contratos de venta con los distribuidores (actuales y potenciales) y gestionar directamente con algunos clientes clave (UE, LATAM, Medio Oriente...)
- Planificar e implementar nuevas estrategias promocionales que puedan adaptarse a las necesidades globales y locales.
- Promover los productos actuales y los nuevos en colaboración con I+D, Marketing, Fabricación y Calidad.
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas, en colaboración con el equipo de Marketing.
- Alinear la política de ventas con la empresa e informar al cliente de la correcta regulación a seguir.
- Formar al equipo de ventas y delivery, valorar y dar feedback de su rendimiento.
- Asistir a las ferias y visitar los clientes con el equipo comercial.
- Organizar la formación de los distribuidores con la participación del equipo comercial y de servicio técnico.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

**¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?**
- Tener más de 10 años de experiência en la prospección de negocios a nível internacional.
- Entender las políticas de la empresa y comunicarlas correctamente a los clientes.
- Gestionar el equipo de ventas y al mismo tiempo ser parte del mismo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional e internacional.
- Tener conocimientos/formación en comercio internacional y ciencias de la salud, además de un buen nível de inglés, francés y español a nível conversacional.
