Service Manager

We are searching for a Service Manager with a scientific background to execute the following activities:
- Being the internal marketing responsible of the company portfolio on bioanalytical services.
- Preparing technical quotes and proposals to clients, in coordination with Scientific Director and Laboratory Managers when required.
- Doing the follow up of the quotes in direct contact with clients.
- Participating in company presentations to clients.
- Managing all data in a CRM software.
- Preparing the promotional material of the assigned services (website contents, catalogs, and others).
- Keeping a technological surveillance on the assigned services.

- Degree, PhD, MSc, BSc in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pharmacology, or similar scientific background.
- Experience in customer support, order processing and administrative work with clients, if possible, in a CRO or Pharmaceutical Company, Experience with direct contact with customers will be positively valued.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic personality.
- Spanish and English native or professional level.
- Desirable experience in clinical or preclinical CRO’s
- Experience working in GLP/GCP regulations and international bioanalytical guidelines.
