**Meet the TA team**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Partnering with hiring managers (including C-level) to understand business needs and develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with their objectives.
- Sourcing, identifying, and attracting top passive talent through various channels, from LinkedIn to job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and ensure alignment between recruiting efforts and marketing initiatives.
- Participating in TA & business events and conferences to drive Preply brand awareness.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A track record of hiring top marketing or strategy talent in product-led environments
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent data skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Collaborative by nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Nice to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing recruiting
