As a WFM, you will ensure proper resource allocation and cost management across the designated accounts and more.

**Detailed Duties and Res**ponsibilities**
- Provide technical skills mentoring within the team.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that the workforce management approach meets and exceeds expectations.
- Provide functional leadership to Resource Planners, Schedulers and Real Time Analysts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts.
- Streamline processes in collaboration with colleagues and other functional teams.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and cost management across the designated accounts.

**Targeted Qualifications**
- Fluency in **English **Language, **C1/C2** level.
- Fluency in **Spanish **Language, **C1/C2** level.
- Proven experience in transformation projects to analyze and optimize all processes.
- Strong stakeholder/ client management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of the country’s labour laws.
- Leadership skills to resolve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
- Min 5 years of progressive experience in Workforce Management.
- Extensive experience with WFM processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of resource/ budget creations and execution.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing.
- Experience using WFM Systems “Like Verint”
