About the role

_Enterprise _
- Account Executive_ to cover a portfolio of
_Financial Services_ accounts - including
_Banking and Insurance_ customers, across Spain. Data is at the heart of every digital transformation, and this role presents an opportunity to be front and centre in helping our clients to change their businesses for the better. These customers are at different stages of their digital journey with us.
Our ideal hire is passionate about customer transformation and sees the impact Tableau can bring to their business. You’ll enable them to create a data roadmap. You’ll have a proven track record in opening new accounts, navigating large, matrixed org, and establishing relationships with key customers and influencers across all levels of any business. You’ll have experience selling to businesses of varying sizes - from small to large enterprises. This is a very lucrative opportunity to build a big impact in this arena and to support you; we have a dedicated team to enable your success.
What you’ll be doing
- Defining and carrying out your account plans - identifying, managing, and closing opportunities within these accounts to establish and further expand our footprint
- Using your relationship-building skills to develop relevant business relationships with customers across multiple business units, including C-level executives and other key influencers in the sales process.
- You’re not precious about the deal sizes you close - no opportunity is too big or small. You can easily manage a pipeline of small, medium, and large opportunities - including seven-figure deals.
- You love to seek out new business and expand your existing footprint within your accounts. You can identify and qualify new opportunities by understanding your customer’s business-critical needs and having value-led sales conversations to articulate the impact that Tableau can have on their organisation.
- We’re all about quality data, and we use our own solutions Data integrity and accurate forecasting in our CRM are critical
- Solution selling is a combined effort, and you know the importance of working with a wider virtual team and know when and how to utilise these resources - including Pre-sales, marketing, inside sales, partners, and senior executives
- Partnering with your Salesforce counterparts from the wider Salesforce organisation, aligning with them to work on joint opportunities to help drive and close sophisticated solution sales opportunities.
About you
- Industry Knowledge. You have experience in selling to the Financial Services vertical and have a good understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Curious. You’re inquisitive and always looking to learn and understand your customers, their needs and wants; you ask questions and are keen to learn and improve.
- Overachiever: You have consistently achieved and/or exceeded your sales goals across your geographic territory and have a track record/experience in closing large, multi-year deals.
- Outstanding Salesperson. You have a desire, even an obsession, to identify new contacts and cultivate and expand the company´s relationship within named accounts to improve revenue. You are a closer.
- Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and, more importantly, how to say it. You’re comfortable talking to customers across any level of an organisation. _Fluent in Spanish and English is required._
- Collaborator: You know that selling is a team sport and understand that strong collaboration with virtual teams, as well as experience in working with your peers across other business areas to close joint business
